This time around the climate change convention took place at New Delhi, India in which the number of people that attended where in good numbers as well. With the talks about Kyoto Protocol the convention started in an early buzz in which the convention hosted the eight session of the conference of parties and the seventeenth session of the subsidiary bodies as well. With the convention running at full speed they tackled among the past climate change convention projects that have come to work, as well as for future plans in the in-coming 2003 since the year is ending.

They talked about recognizing the concern findings of the IPCC which would be under the third assessment report that confirms global emission cuts will be the ultimate objective of the said convention. Also recognizing the body for its scientific and technological advancement that would go well with the plans that are well laid for the Kyoto Protocol. The adaptation of the adverse effects of the climate change would be well put into place as well. With countries that would go well with the protocol, climate change would not be that hard to battle with.

Also with the adaption at hand, all countries that are under the Kyoto Protocol must see to it that they do they part to commit to a larger more broad prospective of the whole thing. Also the Marrakesh Accords which was set in agreement for the 7th conference of the parties way back last year on 2001. This would also be very good for the mitigation of this accord would do well with the following years when the committee would help the countries that are in need of the said accord. Also the minister stated up some things that their country would really need help from.

This would include the concrete projects such as the capacity-building in all relevant sectors such as transport, energy, health and agriculture. Also technological advancements would or should be promoted through research and development of the said lacking needs of the country. With this all mentioned above done, India would have a much more cleaner and brighter future in which they would focus all their money in promoting what is best for the protocol. Though India is still not a member of the Kyoto Protocol the summit strongly suggests that they would sign the protocol.

With having India a part of the protocol the world would be a much better place to live in since India is considered one of the most high end countries that are promoting greenhouse emissions that are very harmful to our atmosphere. With this getting them in the Kyoto Protocol would be a much more bigger help than they have ever thought.
