The convention took place on Milan, Italy in which the delegates of the climate change conference talked about several things that would clearly suggest that they are in the track of going with the Kyoto protocol. With this climate change convention the leaders of the countries talked about many suggestions in which the convention did surely recognize by the end of the meeting. One of the most important agendas that took place in this meeting would be the Forest management activities under Article 3 of the Kyoto Protocol.

This sates that the forest management of Croatia needs to be lead into concern with. With this at hand it would be really great if they can focus all their future work in this. Also they talked about the budget for the biennium 04-05 and would be submitted by the secretary of the committee. The budget that is mitigated upon this convention would be used on the future programmes that the convention would plan to do. With the programmes that are related to the Kyoto Protocol funds may be used when the certain time comes for such need. Also talking about funds, the committee talked about the special climate change fund un which all the developing countries would have access to for the use of the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.

Also the convention talked about having a Global observing system for climate change. This would be very well useful in locating the source of greenhouse gas emissions that are coming from different countries that emit different levels of greenhouse gas. Also this would very much put into good play in which countries under the Kyoto Protocol would really abide the maximum average heat increase per year that they are given once they sign the Kyoto Protocol. This would be great for many developed countries are now into the Kyoto Protocol in which they do not obey the signed treaty.

Countries in which they are heavily industrialized and signed the Kyoto Protocol but still they are not doing what they are told to do! With a global observation system this would really put into good play, a system in which it doesn’t choose race or nationality everyone is fair when it comes to cleaning the air that we breathe and saving our atmosphere from further destruction. The Kyoto Protocol since the start of the protocol on 97 is still at huge talks when it comes to climate change convention talk. With countries still not signing the protocol it would be nearly impossible for the countries that are under the protocol to do this by themselves. Better yet have one country that the emissions are so high they are up to their necks when it comes to greenhouse emissions.
